To simplify the standard setup a set of default trusted Certificate Authorities should be added to the docker images. The certificates should be added and integrated into the code base in a way that enables overriding all CAs via a folder bind mount and adding custom CAs with file bind mounts.

The current configuration should be logged at startup.
