Whenever change is made in xaml with behaviors I got these errors:

Property 'Action' does not support values of type ...

These errors disappear after project build.

Use an ObservableCollection instead of custom BindableObjectCollection. Since we need to specify a template parameter, VS is enable to resolve it correctly.
+ update version number to 1.4.1
