you could just use Object.values or if you worry about user reordering attributes, sort the keys first

const ordered = Object.keys(attrsToTransitionTo).sort().reduce(
  (obj, key) => { 
    obj[key] = attrsToTransitionTo[key]
    return obj
  }, 
  {}
);
