I come from a python and matlab background, so your codebase is rather outside of my comfort zone. I'm hoping you might have some suggestions for how to implement and run some additional 2D and 3D trajectories. Even just a starting point would be helpful. As a quick follow-up question, does your implementation need any special considerations for weakly to strongly undersampled data?
