iam using gender detection ,does resnet which you have defined does slow down the perfomance

first thanks for the dlib team for your contribution

i tired face detection using camera ,which is very speed

so i added gender detection using camera , which is giving accurate results but camera is freezing ,i think the reason is using of resnet architecture
