Sersic measurements

Hi all,
I'm on another JWST survey and I've been looking at the DAWN Sersic models (catalog values of n and q) to help validate some image fitting we are doing using NIRISS. Specifically, I'm looking at your teams' columns "AXRATIO" and "SERSIC" in the data catalog for GOODS-N. Where can I look to better understand how these values were measured (e.g. which instruments/filters, whether bands were fit simultaneously, etc.)?

I've been looking at this page and the report it links, but I'm finding it a little hard to locate the descriptions of particular data columns.
