Thank you for arise this issue.
When you upload a file, the mimetype depends on the OS and the web browser.
In order to "fix" a concrete mimetype, you can use the combobox near the upload field, changing the "Autodetect (if possible)" default value for "OWL ontology" (in your case).
Could you generate the documentation using this approach?
