One of the competency questions is:
"Are the evidence use assumptions for evidence item X concordant? unique? non-ambiguous?"

Will there be data in the graph asserting this? If so, what data would that be?

Evidence use assumptions need to be added to the data model. We could consider qualifiers -- but these would most naturally be qualifiers on the relationship. We will need to propose for the model and consider modeling implications.
