When visiting http://databus.dbpedia.org in Safari it shows the welcome keycloak page.
Note it is about http and not https.

you need to go in private browsing to make sure that it does not redirect to https.
I tested it on windows 11. still valid with latest chrome. my best guess is wrong apache config.
