This pull request contains the subclustering module. It implements:
FindSubClustersThe module is interactive meaning you need to run it at least once manually. The existing code chunks are templates and currently deactivated. To use a chunk, make a copy, remove the HTML comments (<!-- ... ->) and set the chunk option eval to true. The keyword USER_INPUT lets you know that you need to change something.
Once all subclustering is implemented by you, the module can be run automatically.
The module may be run between clustering_umap and cluster_qc .
