Rationale : Avoids duplicate HL7 messages triggered export tasks' creation and processing in setups with thousands of duplicated HL7 messages received daily which may not effectively result in updates on patient / MWL level for each received HL7 message.

Optional possibility can be provided by extending the HL7 Export Rule.
