Sometimes the rules are fuzzy. It'd be great to make it so the user could easily add something akin to a Q&A entry.

We could probably allow a thumbs up/down voting concept, showing the user-contributed knowledge inline.

We'd also likely prioritize that knowledge (I think thats doable..) over whats found in the resources.

I imagine this is basically:

new tables (user_knowledge or similar, votes on said thing) - tbd on if we force people to sign-in or not
augment context retrieval to also query the new table and prioritize it somehow
new content type rendering in UI to show the the user-contributed answers somehow, with the new actions
