What are the documentStatus values? Are they defined anywhere (else)? If yes, could you add a link?

They are defined in the Information Model in Table 23: Transport Document version reference data entity p. 39 (Received, Drafted, Pending Approval, Pending Update, Rejected, Approved, Issued, Surrendered, Submitted, Void).

There is an overlap with the UNECE Element 1373 definitions (Accepted, Rejected).
