历史数据越来越多啦，可以考虑 API 请求的时候加上时间段限制吗？ #254

现在只能请求全部数据，或者请求最近的 512 条，需要大于 512 条但不要全部数据的话就有点不太方便。
希望可以有时间段的参数，直接请求到需要的部分。

啊另外，舰长数据的 API 可以增加一个 V3 版本的全部数据接口吗？这个用起来还是蛮方便的。
