Hi All,
I'm really beginner with GLPI but I see that the notification are not really "glamour" .
I was looking a way to improve it for best end-user experience, so THANK you for your job.
However, I feel very stupid because the HOW TO is really confusing for me.
Could you help me please ?
I'm stuck at the first line :-(
Thanks

:-) I'm stuck at the first line of the READ ME:
"Name it with a personal name (use ticket "action" - generated for exemple)."
What does "IT" mean ?
Thanks.

When i instal the plugin, it seems add "Notification generation" (correct ?)
It is the place from there i have to do what you are saying ?
If so, the + button is grayedout.

HOOO, ok ok ok , (VERY VERY sorry, indeed it was not clear)
So once plugin installed And enabled
In SETUP/Notificatons there is a new option "Notification Templates"
From there i can create a Template (ie : Template for Type : tickets) called for example "PluginGenerated"
Then, if i go to SETUP/notifications/notifications...and select the same type a previously ie: "Tickets", i can see that the template is now the one I have created "PluginGenerated".
This is where Iam.
:-)

I did it but nothing happen. When I restore the original template (ie : create ticket => ticket) I recieved the default email. But when I do create ticket => plugingenerated i have nothing.
What I do not understand is when I create a new template (oluginGenerated) how do I know how the email will looks like. Do I have to rewrite the template (html, css...) from scratch in the windows "translate " ?
