Add Orionoid as search source

I guess you are only using Torrentio as the search source today?
It would be nice a have some more sources, and came across Orionoid.
It searches in torrents and usenet, and supports RealDebrid and Alldebrid, so should be compatible.
Thought i would mention it anyways.
