It would be a good case if any onchain DAO, with a hub function, could be launched, not via manual creation, but by a smaller, signalling, short live, another DAO, that would have been made out of Y initiative groups each time.

We did this on Aragon over 2 years ago, where a chain governing DAO was launched by a smaller DAO. Provides an interesting perspective and completely provides clarity for launching
