URL issue with multilingual blog

On the blog article page, the blog part of the url is followed by the language prefix, no the other way around like on other pages. So this is what you have currently:

https://decidim.org/blog/ca/2017-10-09-estreno-web/

But imo it should be(like on every other static page):

https://decidim.org/ca/blog/2017-10-09-estreno-web/

Using this branch of the middleman-blog solves the issue:
https://github.com/planio-gmbh/middleman-blog/tree/localizable

You can remove {lang} from blog.permalink and it works automatically.
