Control repository format documentation

The documentation on control repository configuration files for [content mapping](https://deconst.horse/writing-docs/coordinator/mapping/) and [template mapping](https://deconst.horse/writing-docs/coordinator/templates/#mapping-templates-to-pages) should be updated to reflect the multi-file options introduced by deconst/presenter#90.
