As a user I want to know which frameworks are used by a service (item).

part of #558
relates to #735

Acceptance criteria:

scan package.json file from git and read into framework list
see also Investigate if github crawler can be used instead of own github/gitlab linksResolver impl #568 , but it is sufficient to start with github
