Use frontend mapping for info text of relations (i.e. provider, dataflow, etc.)

Implement frontend-mapping for info text of relation types (i.e. provider, dataflow, etc.). The info text appears when hovering the blueish info icon. This ticket is an addition to ticket #366

Acceptance criteria:

• use frontend mapping for description text
• description should differ for provider, dataflow or planned
