Add WhisperJET to DJL ?

Maybe DJL can add it too.

This model requires onnx extension. but the latest extension doesn't support macos aarch64 yet. We can add this model to model zoo when onnx extension release aarch64 support.

For the mean time, we can add this model as an example.
