Describe the bug
The Docker image release workflow fails whenever I sync my Haystack fork.
Same as deepset-ai/haystack#7833

Error message

Docker image release: Missing Docker login credentials.

Expected behavior
The Workflow runs successfully or is disabled in forks.

To Reproduce
Fork repo, a sync triggers the workflows.
