hicConvertFormat cooler to h5 format #911

hello,
hicConvertFormat --matrices HiC_10kb.cool --outFileName HiC_10kb.h5 --inputFormat cool --outputFormat h5

hicPlotMatrix -m HiC_100kb.h5 --clearMaskedBins --region chr18:22000000-43000000
-o compartment_100kb_plot.pdf --colorMap 'Reds'

the plot looks weird.

but I used other tool to make the heatmap whcih make sense.

do you think there is ant issues about my commands?
