Dear author, I am using your tool hicexplorer, but I encountered a very confusing problem, as shown in the annex, I would like to ask you the reason and solution.

hicAggregateContacts --matrix /data/hj/HiC/out_file/hicMatrix/SRR7819370_10kb.h5 --BED /data/hj/HiC/out_file/se53/SRR6326753_macs2_Gateway_SuperEnhancers.bed --outFileName Aggregate_Contact_SE_intra-chr.pdf --transform z-score --mode intra-chr --chromosomes chr11 --colorMap RdYlBu_r --range 200000:30000000

No susbmatrix found to be aggregated.
