We need to migrate our 10 SWF repos to UDS Common 1.5.1 to include UDS Releaser and UDS Core checkpoint.

Additional context

This will help speed up maintenance of these packages with CI speed enhancements and release workflow improvements.

Blocking this on #131 for Mattermost bc once this is completed we will be able to use the existing automations and just include the plugins image in all packages.
