when use redis-dump, something went wrong.

os：windows
the error value is \x03\x01000AAABfgSYbkk+7S9B94lIjJDrTQhJDSW\xB9,when export a json file ,is \u0003\u0001000AAABfgSYblkDQSRDVLxJv7DxWrXA3B+? .so it is wrong when load.
