Allow testing package auto-update before pushing #26

Currently when the linux-pkg-update Jenkins job is ran, it calls jenkins-updatelist.sh, which pushes package updates as long as the package builds.

We would like to be able to run a full pre-push run on the resulting packages before pushing the updates.
