It'd be nice to have a write-generated-reference-table3 command that'd generate reference_table_3. I don't necessarily want to generate all of the reference tables. I'll usually only want to generate one.

This is already available as an option in the CLI API, see https://github.com/delta-incubator/dat/blob/master/dat/main.py#L42

Do you want maybe to improve the description of the CLI parameters?
