High level Rust API documentation (Usage)

Recently I was learning how to use delta-rs using the Rust API. I like the ease of use and the documentation on the website. I couldn't directly find an equivalent high-level documentation for the Rust API though. I think it would be great to have some documentation and examples describing the usage of delta-rs using the Rust interface.

I thought while I am learning the interface, I might contribute a bit to the project and add some high level Rust documentation similarly to the one for Python.
