DECADE shear catalog tests and paper
Guide to the directories:
SHEAR_CATALOG: contains all code used to measure + compile the shear catalog
SHEAR_ROWE_STATS: contains the code for testing PSF impacts on shear
SHEAR_TEST: contains code for all other tests done on shear
NOTEBOOKS: any notebooks we run and want to share
PAPER_PLOTS: notebooks/scripts that generate the final plots used in paper (where applicable)
UTILS: contains common tools used across our analyses.
