add subgraphs for supported testnets we launched

in order to display previous expressios, we would like a subgraph to read transaction history via graphql queries.
we'll start with set(_expression) events

reading from theGraph is financially costing. It'll be included in the architecture, when unded/given grant to include so, for the networks we launched and covered by theGraph.

so far, funding/incentivising curations of expressions, would be benefiting the world peace and thegraph platform, as people can be creating their subgraphs and build a layer of cognitive safety, via curating peaceful expressions.
