Describe the bug

Probably need to file in Fable itself but adding here for now.

1) Seq.traverseResultM Tests - traverseResult with a sequence of valid data
    Expected: [Tweet Hi; Tweet Hello; Tweet Hola]
    Actual: [Tweet Hola; Tweet Hola; Tweet Hola]
    Message: Should have a sequence of valid tweets
2) Seq.traverseOptionM Tests - traverseOption with a sequence of valid data
    Expected: [Hi; Hello; Hola]
    Actual: [Hola; Hola; Hola]
    Message: Should have a sequence of valid tweets
3) Seq.sequenceResultM Tests - traverseResult with a sequence of valid data
    Expected: [Tweet Hi; Tweet Hello; Tweet Hola]
    Actual: [Tweet Hola; Tweet Hola; Tweet Hola]
    Message: Should have a sequence of valid tweets
4) Seq.sequenceOptionM Tests - traverseOption with a sequence of valid data
    Expected: [Hi; Hello; Hola]
    Actual: [Hola; Hola; Hola]
    Message: Should have a sequence of valid tweets
