As one of the first chapter's we should craft a initial draft/version for the bgp (control plane) filter guide and config BCP's.

To Do's: (Roughly)

Create "basic sub/menue structure" for this
Find a good and modular structure for the building blocks
Add multi vendor support for config snippets
Add sections for the base config (like session/groups etc.)
Also provide some basic written documentation in the guide to add context (not only config)
First peer review's

Appreciate feedback about things missing.
