Description

This ticket is to capture the work to update the UI to reflect the newly updated flow for single response items

Tasks

• two variations of choice input (radio and checkbox list) are to be selectable by the user
• Page title and optional body on one screen
• Configuring labels and hint text for responses on subsequent screens
• Share screen(s) with team for input and feedback
• Incorporate feedback in preparation for sharing to SMEs and PO

Acceptance Criteria

• Designs approved by PO and PM
