Experimental Design - select component sizing

What

The sizing of the select component is unable to be customized or expanded to full width. This creates a situation on tablet sizing on the facility locator where the select field isn't the same width as the others.

We would like a minor adjustment to current functionality of the select component.

Purpose

This would align the select component with other fields on tablet sizing.
