[Magento2] Task magento:cron:stop not found.

Summary

Deploying a Magento2 project works fine if dep deploy is manually triggered from a local env but when firing it from a Github Action it throws an error saying that the magento:cron:stop is not found.

It does work as expected if these 2 actions are removed:

Correct, you're using Deployer 7.3.0 there, but magento:cron:stop has only been introduced in 7.4.0, see this commit.
