Describe the bug
When searching for tags without wildcards it only shows exact results but it's described to work in a different way:
If you do not specify a field to search over, the search engine will search for tags with a name that is similar to the query's word stems. For example, winged humanization, wings, and spread wings would all be matched by a search for wing, but sewing would not be.
See that the only result is wing and not a bunch of tags including winged humanization, wings, and spread wing like it's described to work
Expected behavior
It should either work as described (so winged humanization, wings, and spread wing etc. should be the result of this query) or the description should be changed to reflect how it actually works right now, so that you need to search for wing* to get those results, although that would not return spread wing at all, but if it was *wing* then sewing would be also there...
