CoMo Richweb Raffle App

This app is for the dev/como usergroup raffles. It works by simply searching for tweets with the hashtag #devcomo and then randomly selects a user from that set.

Yes, it is ugly and not very good.

Deal with it, but please feel free to fork and make additions. ;)
