The size and style of both the h2 and h3 tags look the same, maybe it would be better to decrease the h3 font size

Interesting, any example on the generated page?
Can you point out the CSS code?

If you will build my PR, in the GTK+ page the Other Languages is h2 and Vala is h3 but they look the same.

I'm not currently building the PRs, we'll merge it then, first.
I'm also re-vamping the development instance to use OpenShift, it will be possible to build PRs ten.
