EU433 not supported #49

We do not currently support EU433 hardware

This hardware requires a different antennae compared to 800 Mhz and 900 Mhz hardware
433 Mhz SRD regulations limit 433 to very, very low power limits thus making EU433 not useful for Helium.

Remove any and all references to EU433 in hplans, such as Gambia. It is OK to include EU433 in the "Region2" category.

After moving African countries to EU868 the only countries remaining with EU433 as the only valid channel plans are Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan
