Description
Note that the base branch is
next.The plan is to consolidate upcoming breaking changes in
nextand make one major release then.The 32-bit only system API are not included in
ic0anymore. And the corresponding safe wrapper inic-cdkare also removed.How Has This Been Tested?

The e2e test for building wasm64 canisters will be done in a separate PR.
