Have been using Import-Excel for about a year. Have attempted in the past to work with Conditional/text and formatting, but have never figured the logic out is some of the scenarios I have been trying to apply it to. In the videos of Dave I have seen he has used a pretty generic process by which he has applied the conditionaltext to the entire sheet (at least that is how I recall it). For instance, he would set the new-conditionaltext to ,say, stop and it would apply to all cells with stop in it. What I would like to do is to apply it to a single column and the filter be less than 30. Then the result would be to highlight the entire row. How would I do this?
