Updating Jupyter on Mac via brew requires kernel reinstall #25

Whenever Jupyter is updated on a Mac via Homebrew, it removes all kernels. So we should either:

  • Create a recipe for jjava to install it outside of the brew managed directories
  • Manage jjava via brew (ideal)
