This PR adds the background chromatics with the opacity levels 0.75, 0.5, 0.25 and 0.125 to the palette so that they can be used for applications that do not support alpha blending such as Vim.
Please note that the colors are not directly added to the JSON files, but added by
lunarize.py
during runtime.The colors are named after the original color with the suffix
/<opacity>

.In addition to that one Markdown file was added per palette that lists all available color names and their HEX RGB value to make it easier to develop themes for new applications. These files are linked to the also created development section in the README.
