clean-css-cli is outdated

When installaing clean-css-cli, NPM warn about deprecated:

npm install clean-css-cli -g

npm warn deprecated [email protected]: This module is not supported, and leaks memory.
Do not use it. Check out lru-cache if you want a good and tested way to coalesce async
requests by a key value, which is much more comprehensive and powerful.

npm warn deprecated [email protected]: Glob versions prior to v9 are no longer supported

setting glob to latest version is another big can of worms. If ur current project use it directly its fine just to bump it to latest, but when ur project depend on a package, and which on it's dependency chain somewhere requires [email protected] then all hell breaks loose! So this update needs careful consideration.
