  • TNRIS breaklines & GCPs are not currently in a consistent format and would take significant manual intervention on the majority of them to use effectively.

  • Instead, we will compare monotonicity along NHDPlus HR flowlines between the single_seamless_elevation and its source data at each point

a finer QAQC will determine difference in elevations along flowlines between single_seamless_elevation & source data at each point

note resolution of NHDPlus HR:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Zoom_levels

at this resolution, monotonicity could fail if the thalweg deviates from true
