Original PCB design file and software?

Hi. What software was used to design the PCB and could to provide the file for that software so the PCB can be modified (e.g. to add switches and adjust the spacing between switches). I was thinking of putting a strip of addressable RGB LEDs underneath which would be controllable by the PC but I don't know whether that will be far above my skill level.

same here. I'd love to create a 5x4 board from 25.
It would be great when the eagle / kicad files are open source as well :)

I think (not sure) that all of these are done on EasyEDA and the projects are not shared (couldn't find them last time I looked).
