I was wondering how are publications displayed at the website, where are they stored? I don't see them at this repo anywhere and I have a publication I would like to add to my profile.

As far as I know, the publications are gathered from bibsonomy.org/user/dice-research and we update bibsonomy with our dice.bib file. This file should contain some keywords for each paper (bib entry), for instance, your name tag (surname) and the project. Those tags are used to put that papers in the right place.
Add your paper to the dice.bib in our SVN and run the update script for bibsonomy.
