Fails to fetch all followers

I have a simple Python script that tries to fetch all followers' usernames as well as the following's ones.

The account I am targeting has over 800 followers and for some unknown reason no matter how many times I have tried it fails to fetch over 700 of them (usually fetches around 680). I am not sure if this is a bug with this library or the instagram api but for me it doesn't retrieve the list I want.
